Refund & Return Policy

At Unani Medicare (Powered By ASI Solutions), we strive to ensure that our customers receive genuine and high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The packing seal must not be broken under any circumstances.
  • Products with damaged or tampered packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
